About Nicolás
Nicolás is a truly passionate multi-entrepreneur, artist (filmmaker, musician, photographer, author and storyteller) and technologist. He has 15 years of experience in online business and audiovisual media, with vast experience in creative digital media, online marketing and communication, digital business and technology consulting, software development, and digital entertainment (both content development and production).
He is especially passionate about open-source technologies, a fair music industry model, the CreativeCommons, digital filmmaking and storytelling, which he studied with Robert McKee.
Wearing the many “hats” one can wear within the online audiovisual sector, especially as the content creator and producer with business needs, he has found in empowering artists and audiovisual companies with Brightcove’s leading Online Video Platform the perfect mix of working with his passions, in an authentic and very rewarding way.
Besides his passion and dedication to Brightcove, he finds time to manage his own company, Universe Inside Studios, and launch a worldwide acclaimed classical pianist, Sebastián Forster, and his lifetime-legacy master work: the recording of the 32 Piano Sonatas of Beethoven, in 10 albums.
Born and educated in Buenos Aires, and with solid family roots in Orense (Galicia), he enjoys life with his wonderful wife, Polina, in Barcelona city since 1986.
